Hence, forming an active, distinct, and ideal editorial board is important to match the journal's vision and mission. The Editor is responsible for the overall quality of the rational content of the journal and for administrating scientific excellence, resourceful methods for article submissions, a vigorous, unbiased, and timely peer review process. Code of Conduct for Journal Editors
Aspirant Publications follows the ethical responsibilities of journal editors based on the COPE code of conduct for Journal Editors.
At this point, we put forward comprehensive guidelines for our Editorial board members.
Editor-In-Chief
The Editor-In-Chief is accountable for the finest speculative content of the journal and corresponds with the editorial coordinator, associate editor, assistant editor, reviewer, and authors to uphold the journal standard. The Editor-In-Chief consistently places the needs of readers first and foremost in the composition of the journal and makes every effort to ensure that the journal is a well-cultivated resource to be engaged in scientific communities. Aspirant Publications delivers authorization to Editor-In-Chief for rejection and acceptance of the manuscript for publication.
Eligibility Criteria
- The designation should be principal investigator or equivalent, professor.
- The area of research interest should fall under the scope of the journal.
Editor-In-Chief Responsibilities
- The Editor-In-Chief has accountability to maintain the journal principles, publish quality papers in their respective journal and ensure the success of the journal.
- The Editor-In-Chief chooses associate and assistant editorial board members, reviewers, and any part of editorial positions essential in progressing the content for the journal.
- The Editor-In-Chief coordinates with editorial board members to execute editorial policies that light on journal growth, vision, evaluations, plans, and high social standards for manuscript publications.
- The Editor-In-Chief analyses the content of each issue published in the journal and confirms it is free of replica/typo mistakes or irrelevant content.
- The Editor-In-Chief oversees the peer review process in association with the editorial office and is responsible for the content published in the respective journal.
- The Editor-In-Chief should contribute editorials or full-length manuscripts to the publication occasionally that serve as a prologue to the issue’s content.
- The Editor-In-Chief may organize special issues, solicit manuscripts for the same, and assign guest editors for these special issues.
- The Editor-In-Chief should organize at least 2 - 4 editorial board meetings in an academic year and prepare reports for the editor.
- The Editor-In-Chief should examine the feedback of literary critics, complaints, suggestions, and idea issues about published work in addition to plagiarism, and duplicitous works.
- The Editor-In-Chief acts as the publication’s representative at scientific meetings, proceedings, conferences, or industry events and promotes the journal’s identity.
Editorial Board
The editorial board primarily consists of a group of outstanding people who are specialized in respective filed of journals. The editor is accountable for the strategy and content published in the journal. The editor should concentrate on directing the journal towards the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals of the journal.

Roles and Responsibilities of an Editor
- All Editorial board members must obey the guidelines provided by the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.
- Support the journal by writing periodical articles, editorials, and other short articles
- Recommend the journal to colleagues, students, scholars, readers, and to scientific professionals to submit their research work.
- Managing peer review or serving as a peer reviewer by submitting the review comments in a scheduled timeframe.
- Providing feedback and suggesting improvements for the journal to attract high-quality manuscripts and readers.
